Super Duper Burgers Reviews

I ordered delivery from Super Duper Burgers and yeah, it was smooth. The food actually showed up earlier than the time they gave me, which was a nice surprise, and the burger was still hot when it got here. That definitely doesn’t always happen with delivery. Fries were good too, not all soggy or anything, and everything I ordered was in the bag. I’d for sure order from them again.

Ordering on my phone was really easy. The menu loaded fast, and checkout was nice and clear. It did take me a little bit to find the pickup time, but overall it worked really well.

Everything I ordered actually showed up this time, so that was a relief. No missing items or anything, which should be the normal experience. Whoever runs this clearly needs to keep a closer eye on things, but at least this order was fine.

I ordered from superduperburgers.com and the burger was good. Nothing crazy, but definitely not bad. I liked that I could choose a few basic toppings and sauces, so it was easy to get something I’d actually enjoy.
That said, I do wish there were more ways to customize it. Like different buns, more add-ons, maybe a few extra options in general. if you’re into really building your own burger, it feels a little limited. Still good, just not Amazing

The burgers were fresh and juicy, honestly. I really enjoyed them

I’m usually the person complaining about parking, and I complain about it a lot because it’s always such a pain. But this time it was actually super easy. I pulled up, found a spot right out front, and didn’t have to circle around forever like I normally do. No circling, no stressing, no complaining for once. Made grabbing burgers way less annoying. Easy 5 stars from me.

I don’t remember every detail of the meal, which probably means it was fine enough. Nothing really bad about the food, but the thing that stuck in my mind was the bathroom needing more attention. A little more cleaning there would’ve made the visit feel better overall

I grabbed takeout, and while the bag itself was fine, the fries ended up soggy by the time I got home and the burger wrapper leaked a bit. I’ve had takeout from here before that traveled better, so this was a little disappointing. Nothing was missing, which I appreciated, but I just wish the packaging held up better on the ride. 3 stars.

I grabbed a vanilla milkshake and an iced tea from Super Duper Burgers, the shake was solid. It was thick, tasted fresh, and thankfully wasn’t one of those sugar bombs pretending to be a milkshake. The iced tea was fine too, nothing life-changing, but it did the job. The only thing is the price, because apparently a decent shake has to come with a little financial reflection now. Still, I’d probably get it again

The fries came out hot, which I definitely appreciated, but my first instinct after a few bites was that they were just a bit too salty for my taste. The onion rings were okay too — not bad, just nothing that really stood out. Overall, they were fine as sides, but I had a feeling they’d be a little better than they ended up being

i have a sesame allergy, so ordering burgers can be a whole thing, but their allergen page was actually really easy to use. i checked the buns, sauces, fries, and a few other things before i even went in.

the staff at the counter were also super normal about it when i asked questions, which i appreciated. they double checked a couple things for me and let me know what i should avoid.
the food was good, and i felt like i could order without just guessing and hoping for the best. i really appreciate places that make allergen info clear and easy to find.

I’ve ordered from Super Duper Burgers a handful of times now, it’s been such a rollercoaster. Some days the burger comes out fresh and perfect, the fries are hot, and I’m sitting there thinking this place is unbeatable. Then the next time, the bun is soggy, the fries taste like they’ve been abandoned for a century, and I’m instantly questioning all my life choices.
The staff have usually been really nice, so I don’t think they’re the problem at all. It’s just frustrating paying the same price every time when the quality swings so wildly. If they could make it more consistent, I’d be way happier coming back...

We found our seats without any hassle, which was nice. Got a table quick, quick enough that it felt totally easy and no stress.

I really liked how many choices were on the menu. It didn’t feel like one of those places where you’re stuck with just a basic burger and fries, which made me feel way more excited about ordering. They had different burgers, chicken, a veggie option, shakes, and plenty of sides too. I was kind of relieved because when everyone’s craving something different, it makes ordering so much easier. Definitely a 5-star menu for me, and I’d order again for sure.
